Mitchell is different, though, because the award focused on him returning to an iconic role in a show that he created but was never eligible for writing or performance Tonys. Michelle is wowing audiences, but replacing in the show doesn’t have the same impact.
But nothing is rational when it comes to this production, so who knows. |
