I googled Millions and there's an interview with Guettel by Playbill in 2016 which says that the score for Millions was finished and it was going to be workshopped shortly, but that Days of Wine and Roses was not completed. I wonder what happened that Days of Wine and Roses ended up being publicly performed first.
