Reading this thread made me smile to the beginnings of my career when I worked briefly with Anthony Perkins on Psycho III and Dean Jones on a comedy called Beethoven. Two unique men who were a delight to be around, as they happily recounted stories when I asked opening questions.
I was also at the first Company reunion concert in Long Beach when Dean (spectacularly) sang the role and then hugged Sondheim on stage. One of the great nights in any theater. |
