It had to have played longer than three weeks at the Lortel in 2016... I live up ( or down? ) the street and saw it three times! It was SO clever, SO unusual and SO heartfelt! I'm on Facebook with two of the cast member and Kholby Wardell has been with the show since the start: from Canada to Chicago to Christopher Street, The NYC version had a turnable. Listening to past cast recording the show gets better ( less Canadian ) and tighter. That it is such an ensemble show is fun energy! First viewing was in the front row in front of the Amazing Karnak ( Family Fun mode ) who was voiced by Karl Hamilton who I just had seen a few months prior in a delightful Goodman Theater revival of "Wonderful Town" where the first tune was "Christopher Street".
