The assessments above are entirely misguided, on a purely factual basis (whatever one's opinion of the piece).
1) the play isn't remotely a monologue; it has a very specific framework and a plentiful cast of actors as well as puppeteers
2) it's absolutely got a plot.
3) the puppeteering in it has nothing to do with War Horse beyond the fact that they both use puppets - but in entirely different ways, and to different ends.
I know fake news is proliferating in the world at large but does it need to seep on to this board, as well |
