May I add, seriously on topic, Episode 3, dropping this past Sunday night - a standalone “bottle episode” at 75 minutes - would make one helluva chamber musical. One of the most moving pieces of serial storytelling I’ve seen in a long time. The prominent use of a baby grand piano as a touching and arresting inciting incident made me think “musical theater.” I Do, I Do for 2023. Seriously. So fully character and emotion driven, it could be rapturous. The sci-fi elements are context and obstacles yet kept off stage.
