Hi all,
Last year, I was delighted to watch "Clyde's" from home when they offered the option to stream it. This year, I was equally excited to stream "Between Riverside and Crazy." Well, imagine my disappointment when I logged into the stream today at 1:45 to watch the 2:00 matinee. I kept getting error message after error message saying that the product was no longer valid.
I emailed and called them about a dozen times between then and now but no one picked up the phone. I'll be disputing the charge for the ticket through my bank. If you can't get your stream to work, at least pick up the phone when someone tries to call and troubleshoot.
Just FYI to all of those who were thinking of buying a streaming ticket. This year, it ain't working.
