It would require a show to get $215 average ticket price. Music man was doing that at winter garden even getting as high as $260 average. So yes, a show could gross a million a week at the Hayes. But now that it is a nonprofit house, it is unlikely.
KA at the booth would have to hit $160 average ticket price instead of the current &91. Juliet and noise are in the $130 range. But fewer seats for a hot show sells more premium so $160 is not out reach. If KA was making $130 average it would be grossing $800k at the booth—well within profit range, but KA is not that show. |
