| I just asked someone who said he had heard closer to $475k but even if it is $495k, Stone is not going to close a show that's within 25k of breakeven, at least not until it plays out. I also think it's a property that has a significant potential afterlife, much like Putnam, which I would suggest you use as an (inflation adjusted) comp, if you can. |
