Yes. Yes (but because it's not a reply in an existing thread). I don't know how to answer the third question - I don't think we really address that.
Permitted: Two thread-starting posts within 30 days with link to other web content the poster is involved with. If there's no link, it doesn't count. If it's an on-topic reply in an existing thread, it doesn't count. If it's purely a commercial post (no free content), that's only permitted once, period.
I try to follow these things (we've had 244 accounts over the year that have been on my monitoring list), but obviously, it's possible I'm missing a violation. There has been a lot of discussion with this poster and I think they know the rules. Sometimes posters don't even try (remember Naughty_Rob?). |
