Considering that phrase was written almost 20 years ago (and possibly not by me, though I agreed to it), and I honestly haven't thought about it since then, I can't say for sure what the intent was, except that it probably was to cover anything that might come up.
I think this poster links to pages that have information about paid content, but there is also free content there. It's one account and easy for people to skip, if they choose. To me, right on the line of what's permissable (intentionally), but harmless. |
