Christopher Barreca designed a set that pushed a boxing ring into the orchestra, and Barreca won a Tony and Drama Desk for his work.
Alex Timbers loves doing musicals with immersive sets: ''Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson,'' ''Rocky,'' ''Beetlejuice,'' ''Moulin Rouge!,'' ''Here Lies Love.'' |
