I complain frequently about this, but Lady in the Van was just completely spoiled, with two plot-determinative backstory reveals, in the chatty, clips-laden intro. Outrageous, egregiously audience indifferent. Can anyone complain to WNET in a meaningful way? It's devastating, and so wrong, breathtaking.
