Thanks, richmurphy. It's fascinating that you also saw the 2005 Signature revival of ''Pacific Overtures'' with an all-Caucasian cast. Meantime, here's a video of Hal Prince discussing his pride in the original 1976 show, which is on YouTube, and its Asian-American cast.
