Yes, it seems inappropriate to have Jacoby as the only one of the above-the-title leads to be put into the "and others" category. And the press release doesn't make special note of the other original cast members besides the four mentioned at the top. Three of the 5 performers listed in the level below the first five in the original Playbill are also performing (was four until Judy Kaye declined), and several other original ensemble members. This press release is kind of fostering a "you're in the ensemble and/or you're not famous enough so you don't count" attitude that is the exact opposite of what I would expect from this organization.
