The BBC radio broadcast (no telecast) was of the Opera North production, and it is a complete recording of that production. Not sure if the complete recording is on youtube or just excerpts, but I think it may be.

Having said that, as with many shows, it is hard to define what a complete performance of Love Life would include. For example, there are two very different versions of the opening orchestral prelude. The Opera North production used the weirder one. Some productions have restored some music that was cut from the original prior to Broadway. The Opera North included a great deal, but I can't remember off the top of my head, for example, what was included from "Locker Room" sequence. Anyway, it is a complete version of the show, even if perhaps slightly short of being something that might be considered the most complete. (Again, though, what would most complete mean in practical terms?)

I will add that I don't especially like the Opera North performance. They are opera singers, and they just can't quite get it. As I recall it, Margaret Preece comes a bit closer than Alan Oke. Oke, by the way, defined himself as a tenor, and Sam on paper at least seems decidedly a baritone or even bass-baritone role, but Oke had the notes. It's the style that he didn't really have.
