The three shows I am planning on seeing in May are from our most interesting directors: Guys and Dolls (the Bridge Theatre is beautiful and no more out of the way than the National), The Mole and The Cue, and Ivo Von Hove's A Little Life, which is now being performed in English. Also, this one plays Sunday matinees--if you can get a ticket--though it may be more brutal than you are looking to sit through.
I have seen some pretty great Streetcars in my life, so I would probably skip that one. |
