That is what I was thinking of, yes, although I wasn't quite 100-percent sure that my memory of it ending there was correct.
Yes, "Why Should I Wake Up?" seems like it could be sung by a gay Cliff wanting to maintain the illusion of a heterosexual relationship so it could have been retained in both revised versions with adjustments made to the lead-in dialogue. |
