at the Met Opera, they come under Props
on Mrs Doubtfire they came under Props
that being said... the base could be Props
and if they have special designed costumes the costume part will sometimes be worked on by wardrobe.
but generally speaking its all Props.
I remember at Phontom the stair case dummies, props would call on wardrobe to fix the costume bits... |
