I believe it would only affect Equity touring productions, not Broadway, regional, or other productions. It’s the SETA tour agreement that Equity is negotiating, so that is where the strike is focused.
To be clear, it is all touring contracts that are being targeted, not just SETA (although IMHO, that's the one that leaves the most to be desired.) I am not an Equity member, but I am working on a full production contract tour right now and our Equity members are just as much a part of it as the many SETA folk out there.
