Kelly Ward (Putzi) and his wife Ann came from a long-established theatre family in San Diego, and are terrific people. I got to know them because their son was in the same high school class (and Drama Club!) as my youngest, and they both ended up majoring in theatre at UCSB. Garrett did acting; Rebecca did theatre studies.
Kelly taught theatre at USC for years, and we went to an outstanding production of COMPANY that his students did.
