| . . . there are leading male roles in musicals that don't require much singing. The King and I leaps to mind--only two songs for the King, neither of which requires much range. I'm sure there are others. | |

| Who knows if the rumor has any truth, but if Keanu Reeves were to star in the play on Broadway, it wouldn’t be as Lucky. One thing the article definitely gets wrong is in calling it his theater debut. I remember talk of his playing Hamlet in Canada years ago. Anyone happen to see that? |

| Didn't see it, but Reeves did play Hamlet in Winnipeg--not to the best reviews--after he was already a movie star. Earlier, he did Mercutio in R & J and several other plays. | |

| Reeves would make an excellent Vladimir. I applaud his work toward always growing as an artist...& yes he is a VERY humble human being...some years ago I was one of scores & scores of background actors working on JOHN WICK 2 filming in the Occulus before it opened, & the one toilet was in the holding area underground near the subway area. Did he jump the line of men & women waiting to use it, as he was more than justified in doing? NO. | |
