Does anyone understand this column from NY Post/Cindy Adams?

I saw this column in NY Post and I wasn't sure if she was foreshadowing news to come or if I missed something. Is Cinderella closing? Are Evita and Cats coming back? Is Phantom mounting a cheaper production? Is Cabaret confirmed?

GODBLESSUS Broadway is creeping back.

“Cabaret” is returning . . . While “Cinderella” may take her fairy Godmother plus her backers and go away, “The Wiz” returns. All black cast. Also “Evita.” All white cast. Also “Cats.” All drag cast. The critters will meow in a drag ball.

“Phantom” closes Sunday after almost 1,400 performances. But it’s no phantom. It’s returning. Unlike me, it’s getting a face-lift. And Thursday, NYl’s Frank DiLella will host an hourlong special called “The Phantom of the Opera — The Final Curtain.” It’ll include a sit-down with Andrew Lloyd Webber.
