| I've seen the HBO film of that production and it's dreadful. Harris only has two methods of line delivery: whispering and screaming. Oftentimes he'll begin a scene by whispering and then build up to a scream, such as in the monologue at the end of Act One when he stays measured until he has to say "I demand vengeance!," upon which he goes "I DEMAND VENGEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANCE!" The rest of the cast is awful too. |
