| Interesting in that it doesn't meet the Pulitzers' preference for American topics. I know there have been other winners where that was the case, like "Ruined," but "Ruined" is, I think a far better play than "English," and I can see why they made an exception for it. "English" is good, certainly, but a much smaller work. |
