| I agree, it sucks when people lose their jobs, especially when it's something I assume everyone put their heart and soul into, which is usually the case with live theater. I disagree about a Fosse revival. I saw it with Ann Reinking and Ben Vereen, other than seeing those legends, the performances didn't make it sing, shall I say "phoned in". The show was clunky and badly paced, I didn't feel it deserved a Tony. If it had been a real Fosse bio-style show, at least giving us the information about his career, that would've made more sense. |
