There seems to be a feeling that they really would have to up at least the scenic elements and some of the staging in Oliver! but perhaps they could do that, especially if the orchestra was in the pit. But then they didn't do it for Into the Woods and that brought in audiences.
If Oliver! did move, I would imagine the hope would be for a long run, even if they initially announced a limited run. |
