Maybe this isn't the place where I should respond, but I don't find "Doorway to Where" a nonsensical title.
Is clock supposed to rhyme with cock (yes, in General American and Standard Stage) or talk (no, in General American and Standard Stage) or both? I don't think either Ebb or Sondheim would have rhymed clock with talk.
Maybe someday I will see Schmigadoon but so far I haven't seen even one episode. |
