I could be wrong here, but I've always thought that DANCIN' wasn't a "jukebox" show the way that FOSSE was, meaning a compilation of material from other sources. I've always been under the impression that DANCIN' was original work by Fosse at the time.
There were numbers in FOSSE that were credited with originally appearing in DANCIN'.
