People out here absolutely do refer to Hal and James and Michael. It sounds like are simply uncomfortable with a woman being able to be called by her first name, as you're referring to sexism - but don't try to put that on us. Plus we're always referring to Patti out here, and Vicki, and other female performers, only by their first names. So be it.
Some people also find it rude to use only last names, the way you are in your post. For them it would be much more respectful to say Ms. DeBessonet, and Mr. Prince, Mr, Lapine, Mr, Mayer, etc. So, Mr, Goose, meet Ms. Gander. And have a nice day ;-) |
