I'm always fascinated by which artists get the first name treatment here. Usually it seems to be a beloved diva but I was surprised when posters started referring to "Ivo". Definitely, when posters get to the point where they are referring to artists by nicknames like "Stro" then it is a signal to the rest of us that they are in the loop, in the know, in the room where it happens... or at least adjacent to it.
