| PBS is indistinguishable from CBS. Its people are In the same unions as CBS's people. If you can figure out how to do something on PBS, you can do it on CBS with, as you note, more audience. I am not sure what you think the DG has to do with this. First of all, why would it need to waive anything and secondly, it is not a union and does not engage in collective employment related activity. |
