I can get on...but I have had your problem in the past You might try opening an incognito window. I guess rebooting might work too...it's the IT equivalent of jiggling the handle.

Thank you for your answer. I contacted TDF. They said that they were aware of the problem and were working on a fix. I did finally get on by using microsoft Edge.
