Jennifer Simard played a nun who had a gambling addiction. I saw her in the Broadway version and remember her hugging the slot machine after the earthquake hit. She sang "Torn Between Two Lovers" and other songs in Disaster! and was hilarious.
All together I've seen Simard in 6 Broadway shows and 3 off-Broadway ones. She was particularly memorable in Company, Hello, Dolly!, Mean Girls, Disaster!, and two editions of Forbidden Broadway. I believe she was in the tour of Spamilton, but when I caught it in Chicago, she had already departed the show. |
