Anyone know why Neil Patrick Harris was never replaced as the Narrator? I would assume the Narrator is now being played by a member of the company? I enjoyed this show immensely. It is likely not as funny as The Play That Goes Wrong and yet familiarity with Peter Pan made me enjoy it just as much or more especially. I think Nancy Zamit should have gotten a Tony nomination but I really feel the set designers were robbed of their recognition.

Harry Kershaw has been in the Playbill as Francis (the narrator) from the start. NPH took his spot in the cast list, but he stayed everywhere else.

When they announced NPH, the idea seemed to be that guests would be occasional and perhaps sometimes unannounced.

A guest could be occasional but what Harris did required more than a bit of rehearsal. There was stunt work involved as well as more than a bit of blocking.

NPH was great. He did a dead flop at the end of the show that must have been physically painful but he really gave it his all. He matched the Mischief team really well.
I am secretly hoping for more guest narration but regardless, I got my tickets for the extension to see this once again.
