| This is not actually a costly thing for them to do. They have only scheduled 7 performances this week, so the open understudy performance is the 8th. All their costs remain the same, they just lose one performance's income ... they are selling well enough that the $110,000 they lose from the Tuesday night show they are not doing will not cause them any distress. |
