Mystic Pizza--are there two versions?

San Fran east bay (center rep company) is presenting the musical next winter. It has a book by sandy rustin with pop songs from 80/90s. It seems like this is the version that was at Engeman Theater in Northport, NY last fall. But looking around, Maine's Ogunquit Playhouse had a production in 2021 with score written by Melissa Etheridge and pop songs. Are these the same show?

I don't think Etheridge ever wrote that show. She was supposed to but didn't for some reason. Olgunquit was also supposed to produce the Etheridge version but, of course, did not. Instead they produced the one Center Rep is doing which is the one Concord licenses.
