i really expected this to increase a lot more than $24K for the second full week (7 perf) ending at $606K. Seems to be doing the slow business that Some Like it Hot did for months (and closing Bad Cinderella at a shockingly low $351K) and Once has a long way to get to the 2024 Tony nominations.
NYNY and Hot both dropped but Hot is above $1M for a second week. I'm always surprised when I see a show that isn't sold out (so not maxed out in grosses) and makes nearly the same gross--KAkimbo increased a whopping $1,227. MJ is close to capacity and dropped a whole $490. But Hadestown wins by increasing $360. It's $771k at near capacity is a little low for long term prospects--kind of in the area of ComeFA and DEHanson. |
