| If you look at a list of the minimums in the CBA, you will note that (as is also the case for other NFP-controlled houses) the Beaumont is not on the list. So just as this was never an issue for HLL at the Public, it was not at the Beaumont. I think one thing that comes out of this is just how weird the current system is. Not necessarily something I would want to bring into high relief if I had a contract negotiation looming. |
