This is correct. Press tickets kept being pulled and rescheduled because of Covid in the cast. And yes, there were 11 total performances when it was all done. In the last week they decided they weren’t going to officially open or have the show be open to review, but they did still (as a gesture of good will) let press attend the final 2-3 shows, if anyone could make it. So it’s possibly some press folks went. But even if they did, they won’t be publishing a review, because the show didn’t technically open.

Aha! I'd been wondering this as well. I got to the "Final Performance." (Shout out to FP) Front row for Act II. It was kind of unsettling to invest an evening being in that area with no critical guidance. That obnoxious N.C. lady who goes to absolutely everything was there, raising hell as usual, having words with ushers and getting headphones even though she was in front row from the outset. It was a memorable show. Mezz was virtually empty. Lots of actor traffic up there, so that was convenient. Commander is written as a two dimensional pure villain. Cake really couldn't add much to that, but he was terrific and had great energy. TNA must have lost a lot on the show.
