| CAST ANNOUNCED FOR... Scott Siegel's BROADWAY BY THE SEASON Act 1: 1925-26; Act 2: 1930-31 June 12 at 8 PM at Merkin Hall Starring: THE DRINKWATER BROTHERS, DANNY GARDNER, ALEX GETLIN, JILLIAN LOUIS, WILLIAM MICHALS, MOIPEI, JENNY LEE STERN, MICHAEL WINTHER and The Broadway by the Season Dance Troupe The first concert of the first season of Scott Siegel's new BROADWAY BY THE SEASON will feature the identical triplets from Kenya (international concert artists straight from The Kennedy Center) MOIPEI. And they will be matched by the identical twins from New York, THE DRINKWATER BROTHERS. This unique grouping of identical triplets and identical twins, will be joined by the singular talents of WILLIAM MICHALS (Parade, South Pacific), JILLIAN LOUIS (It Shoulda Been You), JENNY LEE STERN (Forbidden Broadway, Rocky: The Musical), DANNY GARDNER (Dames at Sea), Alex Getlin (Symphony Concert Star), MICHAEL WINTHER (Flying Over Sunset) and the BROADWAY BY THE SEASON DANCE TROUPE, choregraphed by Danny Gardner. Series producer, director, writer, and host, SCOTT SIEGEL promises songs by the titans of Broadway - Irving Berlin, Cole Porter, Rodgers & Hart, George & Ira Gershwin, and more, plus songs from huge hits like No, No Nannette, The Vagabond King, and The New Yorkers. "The format for Broadway by the Season", said Siegel, "will allow audiences, in one evening, to see how Broadway music changed from one era (The Roaring Twenties) to another (The Great Depression), in just the span of five years. Plus," Siegel continued, "the opportunity to hear today's great talents sing yesterday's most brilliant songs, will bring this music alive again with thrilling immediacy."
