The wording in those catalog records is not ideal, and we're trying to get it changed. It simply means that our material cannot be checked out, streamed, or otherwise viewed anywhere but on the premises, i.e. at the Performing Arts Library. In any event, anyone who wishes to view any TOFT title must contact a staff member first, so in that sense, it's correctly phrased.
Some TOFT titles are restricted, and require permission in advance to view. It depends on what you want to see. That's something you'll need to ask about, when you contact a staff member. |
