| wmorrow, I hope you don't mind if I piggyback onto this thread. I looked at the website and was trying to figure out whether I can use the TOFT to watch the videos. I'm not a New York State resident/worker/etc, but it sounds like I can get a Visitors card by going to the TOFT in person with my driver's license, and that Visitors card is good for 3 months, but I could go in person and keep renewing it every 3 months. Do I have that right? I've always wanted to use this resource but wasn't sure I was eligible to do so. |
