| It's not just immersive theater that has caught the renovation bug but productions like "Harry Potter" which spent something like $10 million to remake the Lyric into an Edwardian/Victorian/magical theatrical environment. To me the mandate seems less about offering an immersive experience (whatever that is) than offering backdrops and environments for producing and sharing social media images. |
