| I think that the hundred bucks or so for Lincoln Center or the 42 bucks to TDF or the membership at Atlantic Theater Co or Second Stage and so on is actually a small support for their commitment to theater and the cultural life of New York. I buy subscriptions to dance and music groups even though I know I can't make it to all their offerings (even Encores?) because I know they need the money and it's a nice thing to do. |
