| Can't sing the praises of TDF enough. In the last two years alone, I've seen countless shows I might not have purchased seats for even at TKTS. I ended up with -- off the top of my head -- house seats for Flying Over Sunset, Trouble in Mind, Girl from North Country, The Minutes, Funny Girl (fourth row center, a Benko) and this season, Grey House, Fat Ham (first row), Sidney Brustein's window (third row center) Doll's House (seventh center), Kimberly Akimbo (approximately the same) Shucked, and recently Camelot. Not everyone can go on random weeknights, or my performance, the Wednesday matinee, but the seats are often spread among the full complement of performances, even Saturday nights. Can't imagine life without TDF. |
