I tried to purchase tickets to Good Night Oscar online. At the point of logging in, I didn't remember my password so I clicked "forgot password" and filled in the info and they said a password reset email would be sent to my email address. But I never got the email. I also checked my spam folder. I tried this 3 times. I then tried to check out as a guest upon which I got this message: "Your email address is already on file with a Telecharge.com account. Login at left or click continue as guest to proceed as guest." When I tried to proceed as guest, I got "There is already an account using this email address. Please provide a different email address."
I finally called the box office and bought the tickets by phone.
Has anybody else had this problem. |
