| If its helpful, I do think their website went through some ups and downs. It worked, and then it didn't work, and now its definitely not working. But phone doesn't work any longer, either. At 2pm, they were picking up the phone. Now, they are not. So hitting #2 does not work. This is an update as of 2:40pm. Trying to get tickets via the online queue causes you to start all over again with a minimum of 35 minutes wait times. If you got through the queue, you heard a ding sound and the message said "It's now your turn." But then it went to a loading screen that did not load. |
