| The short answer: Firefox browser was the only thing that worked for me, and I hear they are also taking orders on the phone. The longer version: I was in the tier that could buy at 2:00. I logged in early and was randomly assigned a number in the queue that went live at 2:00. at about 2:20 I was supposed to be able to access tickets, but all I got was the webpage to join. I tried everything. I changed browsers and they still had me as being at the point where I could select tickets, but all I was shown was the page where you could join. I went on my phone, same problem. I rejoined all the queues, nothing worked--on chrome on my laptop, and on safari on my phone, I could get to select tickets but just got "loading" which lasted and lasted and nothing happened. I finally downloaded Firefox on my phone, joined another queue, got in, and bought tickets for December. Thank heaven! But man, The Shed had ONE JOB and they blew it. They also tried to force a $2 donation on me on the way out but after all I had been through no way. | |

| I logged in for my lower-level presale just before noon today (Wednesday) and was redirected to the sale page about 10 minutes later. I had no problem purchasing tickets using a Chrome browser. Many of the middle section seats closest to the stage were gone, but there were still plenty of seats available. |

| Was planning to do it tomorrow. Decided to increase my membership level one step (did you know they have a senior membership discount?). Then went straight to seat selection for a Saturday night in November. No wait. No fuss. Lots of seats available at all price levels! I used Firefox, but didn't try other browsers first. Couldn't have been faster and easier!! The membership is tax-deductible and gets you a 15% ticket discount too, so the math works out nicely too. And only a $5 service charge per ticket!! | |

| Was frustrating that log-in was stalled and didn't ever happen in Chrome. As soon as I tried in Safari, it worked immediately and smoothly. Both on my laptop. Thanks to all here who clued me in to try a different browser. |

| Logged in via Safari almost a half hour after tickets went on sale, easily picked up a pair for the night I wanted in October. It took all of five minutes. | |

| Same from Safari my phone. Got in @2:10. My issue was with navigation; clicking back arrow from the seat display puts to home page, not the list of dates for the event. Just a peeve, pet or otherwise. | |

| oh my god. Safari was a total disaster for me, and I logged in before tickets went on sale, then tried again after. Glad your experience was more peaceful. Mine made me want to day drink! | |

| Thanks! I feel like I discovered a secret passageway or something. I told all my friends who were frustratedly messaging me etc. That was a rough couple of hours, as theater ticket buying goes. | |
