| The short answer: Firefox browser was the only thing that worked for me, and I hear they are also taking orders on the phone. The longer version: I was in the tier that could buy at 2:00. I logged in early and was randomly assigned a number in the queue that went live at 2:00. at about 2:20 I was supposed to be able to access tickets, but all I got was the webpage to join. I tried everything. I changed browsers and they still had me as being at the point where I could select tickets, but all I was shown was the page where you could join. I went on my phone, same problem. I rejoined all the queues, nothing worked--on chrome on my laptop, and on safari on my phone, I could get to select tickets but just got "loading" which lasted and lasted and nothing happened. I finally downloaded Firefox on my phone, joined another queue, got in, and bought tickets for December. Thank heaven! But man, The Shed had ONE JOB and they blew it. They also tried to force a $2 donation on me on the way out but after all I had been through no way. |
